WKF CROATIA president Mr. Hrvoje KISASONDI invites you to the upcoming official World Championships in the Croatian City Varazdin, July 16th – 21st.

The organisers expect teams from more than 80 countries, from kids up to adults and Veterans. You can participate in Forms, light contact, point fighting, full contact, low kick, k-1 rules, Thai boxing and MMA.

WKF INDIA president Mr. Yogesh Kumar Shad and his Indian team organise the trials in April 27th -30th for the World Championships in Varazdin.

Mr. Yogesh prepare 3o + fighters and 6 officials and soon we have the Indian team in the registration procedure.

International Austrian Open tournament in Forms, Semi contact, Light contact and K-1 rules.

This tournament is open for kids, juniors, women and men of all federations

Beside the event hall is the Hotel, just 100 meters to walk. If you want to book rooms for fair price contact directly VIVA Sportcenter by mail. Ask for 3 and 4 bed rooms, if needed. Code is “Austrian Open Kickboxing” , ask for best rates for your team.

In the past we had more than 850 fighter and 20 countries.

Vienna, Austria; WKF head office organise the annual World referee Seminar in next  March 2nd-4th.

Until today we have more than 50 registrations from our male / female referees of 5 continents.

Because of to many registrations World wide we must change the Venue to  4* Hotel KAVALIER, Linzer Strasse 165, 1140 Vienna, arriving time 3pm.

Please note:  the organisers can just book your Hotel if you transfer the fee at least two weeks before to our Bank account in Austria, together with your registration list.

The next host of the World referee seminar for 2013 is scheduled for Kalisz in Poland.

All WKF referees, who not has attended the last seminar in Lviv 2011, must extend their license in Vienna. The extended License is valid for three Years again.

Without valid licence is unexceptional no refereeing for WKF possible !

The transition period for licenses form other federations ends on February 29th.

After celebrating the Persian National New Year which starts at the beginning of the Sprint. Traditionally, there are two weeks of celebrations with almost the entire country participating. This event has been recognized by the United Nation as a world wide tradition for the participating nations. The Iran WKF under the direction of Mostafa Mosadegh held its first grand prix.

These tournaments had close relation and cooperation of WKF, PKA, IKF, and PKB Under the direct supervision of Shihan Amir Mosadegh. For the first time this events were held in four different styls including Kickboxing (low kick), Full Contact, Semi Contact (point fighting) and personal skills and cold weapons held in four different age groups (kids, juniors, teenagers, adults)  and more than 500 well recognized fighters from the entire nation participated.

In addition, Iranian high ranking authorities, including the Grand Master Rahim Mosadegh and Mohamad Mosadegh and the vice president of the Ministery of Physical Education DR. Shahin Mohamad Sadeghi and also members of the Iranian parliament such as MR. Hossien Garoosi who is an advising board member, himself a martial artist.

This gentleman and Shihan Amir Mosadegh both are members of Martial Arts committee and fraction of the Iranian parliament which is responsible for all judiciary decisions regarding the sport of Martial Arts. Also few of the superstars of the Iranian show business and also a high ranking member of the Iranian National Olympic Committee and also the President and the vice president of the Iranian Martial Arts Committee whom mostly have great respect for Shihan Amir Mosadegh, participate.

The final day of these events were the most exiting day in which a great number of people participated which gave an amazing atmosphere to the location which was a recognized sports complex in Tehran called “Shahid Keshvari”.

Khatmandu, Nepal; our WKF NEPAL president Mr. Swoyamvu Raj DANGOL confirmed already to send a team to the upcoming WKF World Championships  in July 16th-21st  in Varazdin / Croatia.

With Nepal we have the confirmation from 4 WKF ASIAN countries for the World Championship in Croatia.

In total we expect 80 countries and more than 1.500 fighters fron around the World.

German Georg MÜLLER is appointed as new World president for the WKF amateur division.

With immediate effect he is responsible for all belongings in the World wide WKF family for all amateur sport belongings. Tournaments, international team matches, World wide seminars, and much more.

An international tournament and not less than 7 pro WKF title fights are scheduled on the fight card.

One World title, 4 Intercontinental title fights plus two national India title fights. All details are still in negotiations, soon the fights are blocked in the World ranking.
